ABOUT US
In 1972, the company purchased Esmark's industrial soap manufacturing equipment in Vernon, CA and moved to the present site.
In 1976 we decided to add additional equipment to expand our manufacturing capabilities. This equipment included a reactor for making alkanolamides and esters, liquid blending and drum filling equipment, additional storage tanks, expanded warehousing and material handling facilities and transportation equipment for local deliveries (for both bulk and packaged chemicals).
In 1997 an additional ambitious expansion of the company's chemical processing facilities began. Additional bulk storage, chemical blending and reactor capacity were the key elements in this expansion.
From its inception, our company attracted a number of major national chemical companies as principals for our distribution operations. Our key principals include Shell Chemical Company, GE Silicones, Geo. Pfau's Sons' Co., Rütgers Organics, Tomah Products, Inc., Akzo Nobel, Uniqema North America Division of Imperial Chemical Industries, Lyondell Petrochemical Company, Burlington Chemical and Lonza Group.
Besides the branded products of these companies, we distribute and resell many related materials manufactured to our exacting specifications under our own Norfox trade name.
